Managed IT support
Managed IT Support Services, Melbourne
Managed IT support means we take responsibility for keeping your systems running, on a fixed monthly fee, instead of billing you by the hour when something breaks. Everything is monitored continuously, patched on a schedule, backed up and verified, and supported by people who already know your environment.
Call it managed IT support or managed IT services - the model is the same. Most support is delivered remotely, which is why it is fast; onsite visits happen when the job genuinely needs hands on hardware. You stop buying hours and start buying an outcome: systems that work, and a single accountable party when they do not.

What you get
Continuous monitoring
Servers, endpoints, network gear and backups all report into one platform. Silence is treated as a fault, not a quiet day.
Patching and updates
Operating systems and applications kept current on a defined cycle, with the staging and rollback discipline that stops an update becoming an outage.
Helpdesk
Staff raise issues by phone or email and talk to someone who can actually fix it - not a ticket number and a callback window.
Backup that is verified
Backups are restore-tested on a schedule. A backup that has never been restored is a hope, not a plan.
Endpoint security
Managed protection on every device, MFA enforced, and email filtering in front of your users - baseline security included, not upsold.
Reporting and review
Plain-language reporting on what the platform saw, what was done, and what is coming up for replacement or renewal.
Managed intelligence
How the platform changes this
Traditional managed IT scales by hiring engineers to watch dashboards. Ours runs on a platform that watches every client system at once, correlates alerts and investigates probable cause in minutes - at 3am as readily as 3pm - and hands an experienced operator the context to decide. You get the responsiveness of a large operations centre; every change to your systems is still approved by a person.
How managed intelligence worksWho it is for
- Businesses that have outgrown "the person who is good with computers"
- Owners who want a predictable monthly IT cost instead of surprise invoices
- Teams where downtime costs real money and security questionnaires are now routine
Straight answers
What does managed IT support cost?
It is priced per user per month on a fixed fee, scoped to what you actually run. We quote after a short review of your environment rather than publishing a single number, because the right figure for a twelve-person office on Microsoft 365 is not the right figure for a business with servers, branch sites and compliance obligations. The review is free and you get the written findings whether or not you proceed.
Do we have to move to the cloud or replace our systems?
No. We manage what you have and tell you honestly what should change and when. Replacement is a recommendation with reasons and a cost attached, never a condition of support.
What happens outside business hours?
The platform never stops watching. Alerts are triaged and investigated automatically at any hour, so when an operator picks it up the diagnosis is already done - and genuine emergencies are escalated.
What is the difference between managed IT services and break/fix support?
Break/fix means you call when something is already broken and pay by the hour; nothing is watched in between, so problems are found by your staff, at the worst time. Managed IT means the systems are monitored continuously, maintenance happens on a schedule, and most issues are caught before they interrupt anyone. We offer both - on-demand support suits businesses not ready for an agreement - but they are different products: one buys repairs, the other buys uptime.
Is the monitoring really 24/7?
Yes - the platform watches, correlates and triages around the clock, weekends included, and does not take holidays. Human operators work business hours for routine matters, and genuine emergencies are escalated. What you should not picture is a room of night-shift engineers billed into your fee: the around-the-clock layer is the platform, which is exactly why the model is affordable for small business.
