On-demand IT support

On-Demand IT Support, Melbourne

On-demand IT support is help when you need it, billed as you use it, with no monthly commitment. It is for businesses that are not ready for a managed agreement but want a competent, accountable provider on call rather than a search engine and a hope.

You get the same people, the same tools and the same standards as our managed clients - the difference is simply that you call us, rather than the platform watching your systems continuously. Many clients start here and move to a managed agreement once they have seen how the work is done; plenty stay on demand, and that is fine too.

What you get

Resolve it today

Remote support for the issue in front of you - the laptop, the email, the printer, the thing that stopped.

Hardware, network and setup work that needs hands in the room, scheduled and priced up front.

Project work

Migrations, office moves, new systems - scoped, quoted and delivered as a fixed piece of work.

Honest advice

If the right answer is "you do not need us for this", that is the answer you get.

Managed intelligence

How the platform changes this

On-demand clients are not continuously monitored - that is what a managed agreement adds. But every on-demand job still runs through the same platform, so the history of your devices and issues builds from the first call, and if you later move to managed support, nothing has to be learned twice.

How managed intelligence works

Who it is for

  • Small businesses and sole traders with occasional, real problems
  • Businesses evaluating a provider before committing to a retainer
  • Internal IT teams that need specialist hands for a specific piece of work

Straight answers

How is on-demand support billed?

By the hour for support, or as a fixed quote for defined project work. Rates are confirmed before work starts and there is no retainer, minimum term or lock-in.

Is response time the same as for managed clients?

Managed clients are monitored continuously and their agreements carry defined response commitments, so they are prioritised. On-demand requests are handled as capacity allows - usually promptly, but without a guaranteed window. If guaranteed response matters to you, that is the case for a managed agreement.

Can we move to managed support later?

Yes, and it is the most common path. Everything learned about your environment on demand carries straight across.
