Pearce IT

About

The practice behind the platform.

Pearce IT is a managed intelligence provider: managed IT rebuilt around AI. Our platform monitors and triages client systems 24/7 at machine speed; experienced human operators approve every change. We support small and mid-sized businesses across Greater Melbourne.

What we are

Most IT providers are structured around people watching tools. We are structured the other way: the platform does the watching, the correlating and the investigating - continuously, across every client at once - and people do the one thing people should be doing: exercising judgement. It is the working model most of the industry is still describing. We run it every day, on our own systems first.

That ordering matters. Everything we sell is something we already operate - the monitoring, the AI triage, the backup verification, the security stack. Clients get the second-most-tested version of everything; we keep the first for ourselves.

How we work

01 · Watch

Every managed system reports into one platform, around the clock. Servers, endpoints, backups, network gear - if it stops reporting, that itself is an alert.

02 · Triage

AI correlates and investigates alerts in minutes - context, history, probable cause - before anyone has to ask. No queue, no morning backlog.

03 · Act

Every change to your systems is reviewed and approved by an experienced operator. AI does the legwork; it does not get the keys.

04 · Verify

Fixes are checked after they are applied. Backups are restore-tested, not just scheduled. Green means actually green.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Verified means verified. A backup that has never been restore-tested is a hope. A green light on our platform means someone - or something - actually checked.
  • Straight answers. Plain language, honest scoping, and "you do not need us for this" when that is the true answer.
  • Humans stay accountable. AI investigates; it does not get the keys. Every change to a client system is approved by a person with a name.
  • No lock-in. Documentation belongs to the client. Leaving us should be easy - that it rarely happens is the point.
