What is managed intelligence?

Managed intelligence is managed IT rebuilt around AI. The platform does the watching and the investigating - continuously, in parallel, across every client at once - and people do the one thing people should be doing: exercising judgement. How our platform works

Four stages, running around the clock:

  • Watch. Every managed system reports into one platform - servers, endpoints, backups, network gear. Silence is treated as an alert: if a system stops reporting, that is itself a red flag, not a gap in the dashboard.
  • Triage. When an alert fires, AI correlates it with history and context across the environment and produces a probable cause - in minutes, at 3am on a Sunday if that is when it happens.
  • Act. Every change to a client system is reviewed and approved by an experienced human operator. The AI investigates; it does not get the keys. This is a deliberate design decision, not a limitation.
  • Verify. Fixes are checked after they are applied, and backups are restore-tested rather than merely scheduled. A green light means the thing was verified working - not that nobody has looked.

Fully autonomous remediation sounds impressive and fails badly: an AI that can restart services unsupervised can also restart the wrong thing at the wrong time for a plausible-sounding reason. We use AI where it is strong - vigilance, correlation, speed - and reserve execution for a human who is accountable for the outcome.
